Back2School...

Everybody needs a pencil!!

Hey there, welcome to my blog post for these 21st day of August for The Cutting Cafe!!  Today we are celebrating "Back to School" season!!  I used the Pencil Shaped Card Cutting File to create these mini pencil shaped note cards that can be added to your child's lunch box or book bag with an encouraging note for their day!!

This post comes at a bitter sweet time for me because my babies are no longer babies and I'm sad that I won't have a chance to put these cute little note cards in their lunch bags but.....#yolo...lol!!

These cards measure about 4" x 1.5" so they are perfect for sharing in small places.  I heat embossed the sentiment in a glitter red embossing powder and used my punches to create the raised flower and stem.


The file also comes with an envelope which I sized down to fit my mini note cards and added a "just a note" sentiment to them.

Ooh! Hard hit from Regina there!...lol! But I know we're right there with you....back to school time always brings a flood of sweet memories for me! Love these note cards and awesome envelopes!

Hey my crafty friends!!  Today I'd like to share with you my design team post for The Cutting Cafe - December 21st post!!  This week was a free week....Christmas themed; which was perfect for the holiday season and opportunity to fill that "last minute" Christmas gift giving list! Do you know the farmer who had a dog??  What was his name??  BINGO!!  Oh, yes!! LOL!! Bingo was a favorite game of my family's when we were growing up; the song and the board game!  Well guess who has a Christmas BINGO game in their shop??   The Cutting Cafe does!!  Yes, yes and I just had to create one.  I plan to present the game at Christmas, pull it out for the family to play and give a gift to the winner(s)...I bought three gifts - the fourth gift will be the BINGO game set! Issa Blog HOP - The Cutting Cafe

Good morning everybody!!  Welcome back to my blog today for a project share from The Cutting Cafe !!  Today we are doing something super special; we're having a blog hop!  Blog hops are super fun and gives you links to see many, many projects in one place at one time without having to search all over the place to find inspiration!!  You should be coming to me from Patti Gilliam  wasn't her project just lovely!!  OK, to create my project I used a combination of files which is quite easy to do with most of the files over at The Cutting Cafe!!  For my project I used The Stationary Box Set and the Monogram Set.    In this set you get everything you need to create some beautiful boxes (with or without a window); envelope maker template and monograms from A to Z with different shapes & designs!!
