The "First Years" - a Moment in Time

Hey there friends!  I'm here with a memory keepsake today.  I created a photo book to capture the early years of my daughter's childhood!! I used the Numbers Window Cards from The Cutting Cafe.  The set comes with numbers zero to 9; I created a card for each year but without cutting the number out.  Instead I used my Silhouette to color in the numbered area and print then cut each one.  I added a mat and journal page to the inside of each card then bound them together on its edge with some seam-binding and ribbon.



Each one captures a sentiment "most likely" said at that age, which I thought was cute because my daughter was definitely independent and opinionated during these years!!  LOL, I love it though.




I hope you were inspired to go create something like this to remember moments in time with your little ones too!!  Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Hey my crafty friends!!  Today I'd like to share with you my design team post for The Cutting Cafe - December 21st post!!  This week was a free week....Christmas themed; which was perfect for the holiday season and opportunity to fill that "last minute" Christmas gift giving list! Do you know the farmer who had a dog??  What was his name??  BINGO!!  Oh, yes!! LOL!! Bingo was a favorite game of my family's when we were growing up; the song and the board game!  Well guess who has a Christmas BINGO game in their shop??   The Cutting Cafe does!!  Yes, yes and I just had to create one.  I plan to present the game at Christmas, pull it out for the family to play and give a gift to the winner(s)...I bought three gifts - the fourth gift will be the BINGO game set! Issa Blog HOP - The Cutting Cafe

Good morning everybody!!  Welcome back to my blog today for a project share from The Cutting Cafe !!  Today we are doing something super special; we're having a blog hop!  Blog hops are super fun and gives you links to see many, many projects in one place at one time without having to search all over the place to find inspiration!!  You should be coming to me from Patti Gilliam  wasn't her project just lovely!!  OK, to create my project I used a combination of files which is quite easy to do with most of the files over at The Cutting Cafe!!  For my project I used The Stationary Box Set and the Monogram Set.    In this set you get everything you need to create some beautiful boxes (with or without a window); envelope maker template and monograms from A to Z with different shapes & designs!!
