Hats OFF!!

Hey there everyone!!  Thanks for stopping by today!!

Its that time of year, graduation celebrations all across the county!!  I'm so proud of everyone and want to wish each one prosperity in their future goals!!  Sooo, on that list of graduates......MY SON!! :o)  I love him so much and I'm very proud of him and his friends who will also be moving on to the next phase of life!!  Today's project for The Cutting Cafe is dedicated to THEM!!  This week's design team inspiration is brought to you using The Card in A Box Embellishment Set.  This card is super cute and can be easily made with or without the help of a cutting machine!!

Although it is intended to fold to fit into an envelope, which Regina conveniently provides a cutting file for it, I popped out my card so much it will not fit in an envy (lol) but that's ok too!!  I think it would be really nice as a table centerpiece for the big grad party!! (hint, hint)

Anywho.....checkout some pics!!

The only thing its missing is the year which I think I'm going to go back and add to the bottom left corner here!  You could also easily add a gift card for gift giving too.

I added some black shimmery tulle between the partitioned sections to give the project some depth.  The sentiment comes from my stash and I used white embossing powder to make it pop off the cap.  Some twine and a brad creates the tassel.

I love it!!  I'm seriously considering making more of these to use for my son's graduation party!! heehee

I hope you were inspired!!  Until next time,
